In the world of BLACK x WHITE there are beings with various degress of power. To gauge these levels of power the BxW staff has come up with a nifty skill level system that comprises of three major sections.

D Class [Basic Spiritual Energy]
Average Rank: Unseated Shinigami, Menos, Apprentice
EXP Required: N/A
D Class are entry level souls that have a firm grasp on the basics. These soul possess minimal skill in all of their respective proficiencies. They typically know a few talents outside of their basic abilities. They have yet to discover their own individual power

Start with 6 Proficiency Points

C Class [Average Spiritual Energy]
Average Rank: Seated Shinigami, Gillian, Vanguard
EXP Required: 400
C Class souls are souls that have begun to come into their own. Their skills are more refined and their power is a testament of this. C class souls tend to have larger reiryoku reserves and more tactical prowess than lower class soul. They also have a wider range of abilities at their disposal and it as at this level of power that a soul may discover their individual power.

B Class [High Spiritual Energy]
Average Rank: Lieutenant Shinigami, Adjuchas, Vanguard/Stern Ritter
EXP Required: 600
B Class souls are a step up from C Class. It is here where souls begin to come into their own and develop their respective powers. This is where most lieutenants, adjuchas, and Stern Ritter reside in terms of power. Here is where differences in power become notable and unavoidable. Souls in this class are typically experts in at least one proficiency.

A Class [Great Spiritual Energy]
Average Rank: Captain Shinigami, Adjuchas/Vasto Lorde, Stern Ritter
EXP Required: 1200
A Class souls are the masters of their domains. This is where you find most Captains, upper tier Adjuchas, younger Vasto Lorde and most Stern Ritter. These warriors are formidable and possess a wide array of skills. They have mastered their own individual powers and the majority of those of their respective affiliations. For A class souls only their like brethren are a formidable match in combat. Their reiatsu alone is capable of dispatching a lower class soul. Such souls are rare to come by and to see one in action is a sight to behold.

S Class [Immense Spiritual energy]
Average Rank: Captain Shinigami/Captain Commander, Vasto Lorde, Stern Ritter
EXP Required: 2000
S Class s are the best of the best of the best, and if A is rare then S is almost impossible to come by. S Class Souls are your elite Captains, elder Vasto Lorde Hollows, top tier Quincy and master Fullbringers, and there are only a handful of Souls in the world who have ever reached these heights. The gap between A and S is larger than any of the other skill levels. An S class soul possesses massive reiryoku reserves and battle experience. Such warriors are capable of near impossible feats. It takes many years to become a soul of this caliber. Reiatsu alone is capable of killing lower class souls. It is truly dangerous to take on such a foe in battle alone. A battle of S Class souls is typically a battle for all souls.

ATTIRBUTES

There are multiple attributes that play a role in the power of a spiritually aware being in the BxW universe. Here they are all listed and explained.

• Physical Strength: As the term implies this is the physical strength of your character without the use of any spiritual abilities. How much weight you can lift or throw.
  
  
• Intelligence: This refers to the overall smarts of your character. Whether or not the have street smarts or book smarts is a matter of personality. Here this attribute solely refers to how well yo can use your head.
  
  
• Mobility: Your characters speed and agility are all determined by this attirbute. This would be applied to Shunpo as well.
  
  
• Reiryoku: This is the amount of spiritual energy you possess and your mastery of it. This also applies to how well you used energy based attacks like Kido, cero, etc.
  
  
• Offense: Pretty straight forward. The attribute determines your offensive skill and abilities. While the Physical strength attribute determines how much power you can exert, Offense determines how well do you use that power.
  
  
• Defense: Defense is similar to offense but it is more than how well can you protect yourself. It also applies to how much damage can you sustain in a single blow.

STATISTICS

The statistics help to further define just how well you stack up against other players in battles. While the Tiers will be the more often way of settling power disputes. For those in the same tier, stats become the sole way of seeing how your character compares to his opponent. The player with the higher stats in a given attribute is the stronger individual in that area.

Each character made on BxW is given a a set number of stats based on the skill level they chose to apply their character in. Each character starts off with the lowest amount of stats allotted to their chosen Skill Level tier.

Note: No given attribute may go beyond 100.

• Moderate: 150-300
  
• Intermediate:300-450
  
• Advanced:450-550
  
• Expert: 550-600
