She’s hard working and ambitious, so strives to meet up to expectations. She is very welcoming and usually will take the time to invite fellow members of her squad to her office; she’s quite OCD when it comes to organising files, paper work and her squad members so she’ll go out of her way to make sure things are being done to a sound standard and trying her best to make sure her squadron’re content with their position. Due to her take on things, Akako is similar to a mother figure for most of the lower ranked Shinigami. When she is not filling out papers and orders, she’ll be out of her office walking around the grounds, tending to her Zanpakuto or simply conversing with someone she met passing! She tends to keep a straight face when she’s inside or among others of her kind, although once she’s free time to spare she will spend said time however she pleases. Usually she’ll just head out and have a drink with a few other Shinigami or Keep to herself and read. DREAMS: Akako’s only dream would be to fulfil the wishes and aspirations of her supporters and the people of the Seriety. Ever since she had enrolled in the Academy she had strived for greatness because with power and fame, you can achieve. Once she had graduated, she had found her place within Squad 13 and had quickly rose to the acceptance of her fellow Shinigami, despite this, she is still working to the best of her ability because she believes that admiration reached through fame is never kept, but rather, admiration gained with the sleight of hand and a straight forward attitude will prove your worth. FEARS: As a reasonably open minded girl, she doesn’t have many fears, as she knows that if you’ve a role you should move all fears aside and concentrate on nothing but meeting up to expectations. If anything, she would fear tarnishing the reputation of not only herself, but her whole Squad. When Akako was growing up, she had been taught to work hard for the things she so desired but to also not forget to take a break and enjoy the simple things in this life as all work and no play ends in nothing but a restless day.
