I feel as though we should probably lock out the shinigami reservations starting today or tomorrow. We have 10+ Shinigami, which is fine and all but we lack Quincy, Humans, and Hollow/Arrancar. I know several profiles are still being worked on as far as that goes they can finish up their profiles and Zanpaktou, but I think going forward for a little bit until we get more even numbers as far as filling up some more Arrancar/Quincy/Hollow/Human spots. Like I said I know we have some humans, hollow and I think 1 quincy in works but I just feel to even things out overall we should not allow anymore reservations for shinigami spots right now.

im not sure thats reallyvery fair given that the series and the site sort of focuses hard on the shinigami
or do u simply mean lock out the higher ranked shini spots ie capts and lieus? Cuz even then thats half the fun of joinin a bleach site if a spot is open.
As inactive as our folks are bein of late restricting new players seems unwise at this stage in the game especially knowin the plot is about to unload all over the shini rather than the rest of everyone...

Hmm I see what Rai's saying here and I agree that we definitely need to beef up the other races especially the Hollows and Arrancar. Like Shadow says we're about to unload a huge plot arc come the end of Craters 101, but for it to be effective we need Hollows as well as shinigami. We don't need a temp ban on the shini just yet though. Lets keep in mind most of our members are in school and seeing as the holidays are coming up shit is only gonna get more hectic for these people to compensate for that.
If we wanna thin out the herd the best idea is probably an activity check and we need to clear out old expired Canon reservations. After that we'll have more accurate numbers. We also need a big advertisement push as well. We need to keep reeling ppl in so that we can pump up the numbers for the other races.i post up an activity check and an ad contest later on today. IMO though the major is activity, we boost that and we'll get the diverse numbers we want.
